Privacy policy

BeforeTake processes account, contract, billing, project and content data for contract performance, security and support. Configured deletion periods are: incomplete checkouts 14 days, local OpenAI request/response content 30 days, and technical server/error logs 90 days, unless an incident or legal duty requires longer retention. Contract, payment, tax, consent and withdrawal records remain subject to statutory retention duties.

OpenAI API data is not used for training by default unless the customer opts in. Abuse-monitoring logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days; endpoint-specific application state may differ: https://platform.openai.com/docs/models/default-usage-policies-by-endpoint
